"Terms and Conditions for ZepsonSMS
By using ZepsonSMS, a bulk SMS service provided by Zepson Technologies (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").
Use of the Service. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to send any messages or material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Account Registration. In order to use the Service, you must register for an account with Zepson Technologies. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account, and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
Payment. The Service is available on a subscription basis, and you will be required to pay a fee for the use of the Service. You agree to the terms of payment, and authorize Zepson Technologies to charge your credit card or other payment method for the fees associated with your use of the Service.
Proprietary Rights. The Service and all content and software associated with it are the property of Zepson Technologies and/or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or any of its content or software, in whole or in part.
Termination. Zepson Technologies reserves the right to terminate your use of the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Zepson Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Zepson Technologies does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability. Zepson Technologies will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to the Terms. Zepson Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
